When does he work? Bush is taking a monthlong vacation at his Texas ranch, starting today. When he returns, he will have been on vacation for 2 of the 8 months he's been president. And that doesn't include the weekends at Camp David. What has he done to earn this? What is he so tired from? Can you take 25% of your time off from a new job?
