He demands proof, then chooses to ignore it. The EPA's report to the UN on global warning acknowledged that global warming is occurring and that humans are largely responsible for it. It recommended no serious actions, but for part of the Bush administration to even acknowledge the fact was notable. Naturally, reporters asked him about it today:
"I read the report put out by the bureaucracy," Bush said dismissively Tuesday when asked about the EPA report, adding that he still opposes the Kyoto treaty.

You can just hear the sneer in that comment. To which I say: Yeah, and I read his bullshit arguments about taxes and budgets and Social Security.
